ChangeMint.com stands behind the world-class quality of our products. However, sometimes manufacturing mistakes happen, no matter how hard we all try to be perfect, right?
So, if your ChangeMint garment is defective, we will replace it absolutely free of charge. It's as simple as that.
Having said that, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects because we're not your typical store that sells products for profits. We sell our Wearable Art to fund our mission of creating positive change. In other words, we hope you buy our products because you want to make an investment in helping create that change, and not just as a cool tee or hoodie (which they are!). We hope this makes sense.
Our Definition of "Defective"
Please keep in mind that our unique designs and made-to-order manufacturing process creates truly unique shirts. Colors and precise placement of design elements may therefore look slightly different from how they may appear on your computer monitor or phone screen. This does not mean they are defective; but rather, that they are truly Wearable Art.
Defective garments have obviously poor print quality or flaws in workmanship. These are extremely rare for our garments, but as we said, they are obviously possible.
If you do receive a defective garment, please know that we are truly sorry and will replace it asap!
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to make a return, you must meet the following criteria:
The item must have an obvious defect in print quality or workmanship (as described above).
The item must be unused and in new condition.
The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The returned item must be postmarked within 5 calendar days from the date you received it.
To initiate the return process, please send us an email at SayHi@Changemint.com and we'll send you return instructions and our shipping address. Please include your order number in your email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will re-order an exact replica of your returned item within twenty-four hours. If your return is rejected, we will notify you as to why we rejected it, and then ship it back to you.
